On to our subject. Hiking. A form of exercise . And when you do, you should wear your equipment. It is important to hike those mountain trails, but not if you are going to put yourself in danger needlessly.
As to how I am doing, let me phrase it this way and add a suggestion
It is a clear day . I am in Santa Monica. There are hiking trails here, On fact, the Santa Monica mountain range covers a large area.. One good hike trail is fond off Sunset Blvd in the Pacific Palisades in side the Will Rogers National Park.
You have no doubt heard of Will Rogers, His house is in the Palisades and he deeded it to the park system. People mostly come to see his house and maybe picnic. The horse stables of old are here as well as a polo field. And hiking trails extending on for a long way.
People hike those mountain trails. They range from short easy ones to long somewhat more challenging ones.
And when you do you should remember to bring with you water bottles. In fact you would be inviting problems if you didn’t. Staying hydrated at all times is important and especially if you are a hiker.
In these days of lockdown, we still need to get our exercise. So we can still get out a hike. Normally you can do this in small groups ( masked up and distanced or even by yourself. So, in order to stay in good health and not be in more danger of dying from lack of exercise (It can be more dangerous than the present virus)
Along with your water bottle you can take along an energy bar. Which one, you ask? I recommend a bar called the Built Bar. You can order it in so many flavors Milk chocolate covered. Chewy middle. Very satisfying.
I highly recommend during this time of virus we take care but exercise. I hike. You don’t have to. Just do something to get your blood circulating.
Just thoughts I felt needed to be put down. Hike. Stay hydrated. Keep your energy up.
