As I understand it, Neuroscientists, I am sure, would agree that ding puzzles stimulates the brain and helps. Our brains can grow. Because of plasticity new neurons can be developed. The neurons connect and transmit through our synapsis energy.

We can harm our brains by not keeping mentally active. All we need , we have close at hand. We have Word puzzles– they are are good too.

If we don’t want to become a sudoku solver there are other ways to help the brain. For example, supplements in vitamin form can increase the chemical nutrients used by the brain.

This is fine yet it is a contention of mine that we not only need the supplements provided by vitamins and minerals, but we also need stimulus from brain games. Word Puzzles, crossword puzzles, and Sudoku are some brain games I am talking about. Also the what is missing pictures.

This is very important in these days of lockdown and stay at home orders. We need exercise. That includes our brain as well as our body. So pick up that paper and turn to the puzzles included.
